Hysteric Glamour was launched in 1984 by designer Nobuhiko Kitamura. Based off of 1960s media, the brand features casual denim, military aesthetics, and slender silhouettes based on the pop culture from trends in rock music, art, and pornography of the time. Kitamura is enthusiastic about incorporating more advanced technology like graphic design in making garments, while paying homage to found vintage pieces.
