All orders will be sent by DHL. 
The shipping fee may differ depending on the weight of your shipment and delivery address. We will inform you of the shipping fee within your invoice.
Free shipping is available in all countries when purchasing above a minimum cash threshold - to view the price minimum within your country please change the currency from the currency drop down menu from "Japan (JPY ¥)" to your local currency and a shipping notice should appear at the top of the page.


Shipping Method
All deliveries within Japan will be with Sagawa Express.

Shipping Date
Depending on the time at which the order was placed, we will ship your order the same day or at the earliest available day. (*Some items share inventory with our physical stores and may require extra time to be prepared for shipping)
You can specify the delivery date and time in the "Desired Delivery Date" field displayed on the order screen.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next available business day.
Please note we are unable to respond to inquiries regarding shipping during weekends or holidays.

Shipping Charges
Shipping and COD fee waived for orders totaling ¥11,000 or more.

A flat rate of ¥880 is charged for all orders, including COD and shipping charges.
Please note that an additional fee may be charged for airmail to Okinawa, remote islands, and other select zones - see below.

Ordering Information
Shipping time:
After confirming inventory, items are shipped within 1 to 3 days, excluding weekends and Japanese national holidays.
Please note that we may not be able to ship your order on your requested date and time during busy periods such as sale periods.
Please not we do not ship items together in a shared box.

Issuance of Receipt
If you wish to pay online via credit card or AmazonPay, we will issue a purchase receipt and invoice for your order.
We will enclose the receipt with your invoice.
In case of COD (Cash on Delivery), the delivery company will issue a receipt. We do not reissue receipts in this circumstance.
We do not release handwritten receipts.

Changing the delivery address after an order has been place
If you change your delivery address before your order is confirmed, please contact us at and we will respond to your request individually.
If your order has already been confirmed and picked up by the delivery company, we will be unable to change the delivery address.
In this circumstance if you have a request regarding your delivery address please contact your nearest Sagawa Express office with your 12-digit "Shipping Slip Number" in the confirmation email.

Mail order by phone
We do not accept orders of the online store or in-store products by phone.

In-store pickup
Please note that we are unable to accept orders for pickup at our store.

Wrapping and Packaging
We provide simple gift wrapping at request. Please request wrapping in the remarks field when placing an order for this option.

Designation of delivery box in case of absence
Please contact Sagawa Express with your 12-digit "Delivery Slip Number" in the shipment completion mail.

Returns and Cancellations
We do not accept any changes or cancellations of products/sizes after the order has been completed. Please check the confirmation screen before completing your order to ensure there are no errors.
If you are absent for a long period of time or refuse to pick up your order after it has been confirmed and shipped we may refuse to accept another order or reshipment.
In the circumstance that the order is shipped back to us due to absence, you will be charged for the return shipping.
We will not allow any exchanges, cancellations, or returns due to the following reasons: the product varies slightly from the image or the feeling of the item is not as anticipated. Please place your order with careful consideration.
Please note that color and reflection may differ slightly from your PC/monitor and the real life item.

Damage and Scratches on Accessories
Returns and exchanges due to damage to the product's box or packaging will not be accepted.

Changing Payment Method after order completion
We do not accept change in payment methods after an order is placed.
In the case of COD, payment method may be able to change to credit card, please inform the delivery driver at the time of payment.

If you recieve defective merchandise, an incorrect item, or there is a discrepancy in your order, please contact us within 8 days of recieving your order at
Please note we do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
(1) It has been more than 8 days since the recieval of the item.
(2) Item(s) have been used, worn, altered, washed, or cleaned.
(3) Item(s) original product tags, labels, and other official packaging that is enclosed at the time of shipment have been removed or lost
(4) Item(s) have been worn by the customer for a period of time, have a strong smell, are stained or scratched, or have been damaged or lost during shipping
(5) Item(s) are returned with damage that was not referenced by the customer prior to the return - This includes damage to the box or signifcant damage to the packaging that was not present at the time of delivery.
(6) Merchandise for which the pre-sealed packaging has been opened (CDs, magazines, etc. where the packaging is a part of the merchandise)
(7) Hygienic products such as underwear, swimsuits, cosmetics, and fragrances.
(8) Items that are not subject to our return/exchange policy, such as gift bags, gift boxes, sale items, outlet items, pre-order items, etc.

Regarding Refunds
Refunds take 3-10 business days to be processed.
Please note that we may not be able to process refunds for 7 to 14 days during our overseas buying season, which occurs several times a year.

We will refund your transaction via the same method of payment used at the time of checkout, we cannot change this. (If you paid by credit card, the refund will be processed by the same credit card)
