・Only NUBIAN ONLINE members will be selected
from the lottery. If you are not a member,
please register to enter.
・Please note this raffle is only accesible to
customers residing in Japan.

・After registering as a NUBIAN ONLINE
member you will be able to apply
through the dedicated mail form, where
the tickets to purchase the items will be raffled.
・When filling the raffle application form please
do not omit your name or full address.
・Please do not use Roman characters.
・We will send a purchase form to the
winners of the raffle by email,
please make your payment through this email.
(If your payment cannot be confirmed by 12:00PM JST
on Monday, 7/3 (Monday) your order will be canceled.)

NOTE

・Only one entry per person is allowed,
regardless of size or color.
・Please note we will not be able to accept
any raffle entries recieved outside of the following deadlines.
・Please note multiple accounts used to duplicate
entries by the same applicant will be voided and
not accepted.

〈REGARDING RAFFLE WINNERS〉

・Only winners will be notified by email
of the purchase form by the end of the day on
Wednesday, June 28th. We will not be able to answer
any questions regarding the winners.

〈REGARDING DELIVERY〉

・Shipping begins: June 29th (Thursday)
(Please note depending on the region
and shipping conditions, shipping times may vary)

PRECAUTIONS
・Shipping costs will be charged for the delivery
of the goods. A shipping fee of ¥1,100 will be added.
・Please note we cannot specify date or time of
delivery.
・If you are not present at the time of delivery,
the package will be stored by Sagawa Express.
After the storage period expires the package will
be returned to our store.
In the scenario that the package is returned to
our store we will cancel the order.

〈REGARDING EXCHANGES/RETURNS〉

・We do not have any replacement stock.
We are unable to exchange sizes or defective items.
In the scenario that you recieve a defective item we
can issue a return and refund.
　　・Please refer to our refund and return policies found
in our customer support tab at the bottom of our
web page.
・If we are unable to determine that an item is
defective, we may not be able to accept the return.
We do not accept returns for scratches or
dents on the products box.
・Please note individual differences in products
may occur due to the manufacturing process of the
materials used and in the situation that
there is slight variation we are unable to accept a return.

〈OTHER NOTES〉

・The application period may end abruptly without
notice depending on the situation.
・Please refrain from calling storefronts regarding this
product release.
・We will not provide any priority to individuals
who call to inquire about the raffle sale.
