Refund Policy

We do not accept returns, changes in products, sizes, or cancellations after the order is completed.
Please carefully review the confirmation screen before completing your order.
We do not accept changes in payment method after the order has been placed.
We cannot exchange damaged product packaging, such as a product’s box or plastic sleeve.
If an order has to be changed after it has been created due to outstanding circumstances we may ask you for further cooperation.
We are not liable for any stolen packages or missing packages after the shipment has been sent out from our warehouse and is in the hands of our partner courier(s).

Defective Products

In the event that you receive a defective product or receive a product different from what was ordered, please email order@nubiantokyo.com within 8 days of your product’s arrival. We cannot accept exchanges or returns on defective products in the following cases:

  1. If the customer contacted NUBIAN more than 8 days after receiving the product
  2. The item appears to have been used, has a strong odor, has been worn, repaired, washed, or cleaned
  3. If the product is scratched or significantly different from when it was originally shipped
  4. The original product tags are separated or lost

Regarding Refunds

  1. Refunds will be made within 3 to 10 days after receiving customer payment account.
  2. If we are contacted after 15:00 JST we will treat it as the next business day.
