Your membership stage for the following year will be determined by the amount of your annual purchases from April to March of the next year.

The amount of purchases reflected in your membership stage is the amount after deducting points, shipping and handling charges ( excl. tax ).

Points cannot be transferred to the new app. The old points will expire on March 31, 2025, so please use them at the store before then.

Points awarded for regular purchases expire one year after they are awarded.

Please note that the expiration date of special points awarded for new member registration is different.

Points will be awarded for every 110 yen ( incl. tax ) spent on regular-priced products (incl. tax). The percentage of points awarded will vary from 5% to 15% depending on the customer's stage.

Online store: 14 days after the shipment date

In-store: Immediately after checkout

It will be awarded at 10:00 a.m. on the first day of the birthday month.

When you add the eligible “NUBIAN Original GIFT BOX KIT” to your cart, a free discount will be automatically applied according to your membership stage.

NUBIAN original gifts will be sent to eligible customers at the time of stage renewal (once a year) according to membership stage.
