Eytys
Eytys is a unisex sneaker brand that debuted in Stockholm, Sweden in the 2013-14 fall/winter season. It is created by Max Schiller and Jonathan Hirschfeld, both of the so-called "Generation Y" generation, born in the 1980s. Max has worked for Fabien Baron and Acne, while Jonathan has worked in the financial industry. Eytys' items are simple and high-quality designs that reflect the street culture of the 90s, and the cork insoles provide high cushioning and comfort. The brand's shoemaking is focused on subculture, and its appeal is in its styles that are a departure from traditional sneaker-making, such as the "angel series," which is a stylish take on mountain climbing trekking shoes, and the "jet combo series," which is inspired by running shoes.
