Russian designer Gosha Rubchinskiy and his friend and skater Tolia Titaev launched the skate label PACCBET in 2016. The brand means "dawn" in Russian and was created in spirit of how the Russian youth views the new world. PACCBET also means "recurrence", a theme that is consistently expressed in Gosha's work through his expression of nurturing new talent.
