Urban Sophistication is a smartphone case brand founded in Israel in 2015 by brother and sister duo Elad Yam and Neta Yam, and is currently based in New York. A smartphone case with a sarcastic warning message saying, "Social Media seriously harms your mental health" caused a buzz on social media, especially in the United States, and quickly became a hot topic. It has also become a favorite of celebrities around the world, appearing in mirror selfies of Kendall Jenner, Lisa from BLACK PINK, and Dua Lipa.
