Inspired by the vibrant streetscapes of Tangier, Morocco, an international port city, PORT TANGER is a London-based eyewear brand that launched in 2020. Creative Director Bilal Fellah oversees the brand, while his wife, Bibi Borthwick, handles visuals and design. Bibi's father, photographer Mark Borthwick, pens a poem for each eyewear piece, expressing the distinctive story of each style. All products are manufactured in Japan, using high-quality acetate for the frames and 100% UV-cut nylon lenses. The temples are engraved with a motif of six dots representing "nostalgia," "tradition," "craftsmanship," "hope," "design," and "culture."
