How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
After confirming the stock, the item will be shipped within 1 to 3 days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays.
Even if you have specified a delivery date and time, shipping and delivery may be delayed for the following reasons. Please understand this in advance.
・When we receive a large number of orders, such as during a sale period
・In situations where traffic conditions occur due to the weather, natural disasters, etc.
Can I specify the delivery date and time?
You can specify the delivery date and time when you place your order.
If you specify a delivery date and time
We will ship your order so that it will be delivered on the date and time you selected for your desired delivery date and time.
If you need your order delivered in the earliest possible date
If you place an order with “No Preferred Delivery Date”, we will ship your order on the earliest possible delivery date, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays.
Can I return or exchange items?

Can I cancel my order?
We do not accept changes or cancellations of items or sizes after an order has been placed.
Can I get a receipt?
If you need a receipt (invoice), after payment is completed, you can issue a receipt from My Page> Order History
Click your order number to view the order details. You can get the receipt by clicking on “View Receipt” at the bottom of the page.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
The receipt given to the customer by the shipping company is the “official receipt” and cannot be sent by us. Please understand this in advance.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
NUBIAN original exclusive gift box kit「NUBIAN GIFT BOX KIT」is available for purchase.
Customers can wrap the box by themselves after purchase. For the proper size of the box and more details, please see the item page
