The branches and dry roots of the trees burn with the oak wood, giving a sense of warmth and security close to the smoky fire. The crackling sound of the fireplace warms the air. The lively atmosphere, symbolic of a warm and friendly dining table in a house surrounded by nature, is followed by a time wrapped in blankets. Diners gather around the slightly reddish firewood and digestifs are passed around. Finally, the bark smokes and creates tiny sparks that mix with the sweet and lustrous flow of chocolate and honey. After a long day of work, the liqueur-like aroma of prunes and the aroma of davana, vanilla milk and French coffee are a pleasant way to relax body and mind.
