About the sales process

・Only NUBIAN ONLINE members will be eligible for the raffle, so please register if you have not yet.

・After registering as a member of UBIAN ONLINE, please apply through the dedicated mail form, and the items will be sold by raffle drawing.
・Please fill out and submit the necessary information from the link for the dedicated raffle application form.
(Please provide your full name and full address, even the name of the building, and include a hyphen in the telephone number).
・Please do not use alphabet.
・If payment is not confirmed by 12:00 on 3/11(Mon.), the winning entry will be invalidated.

Notes

・We will not be able to accept any emails that are not received within the following time limits.
　・All multiple entries by the same applicant will be invalid.
・Only the link attached in the email will be valid.
・Please contact your provider or cell phone company regarding your e-mail and environment settings.

Regarding the winners

・Only the winners will be notified by e-mail of the purchase form by 12:00 p.m. on March 8 (Fri.).
※We will not be able to answer any questions regarding the winners.

Regarding the delivery of goods

・Please understand that there may be a delay depending on the area and shipping situation.

Notes
・Shipping fee of 1,100 yen (including tax) will be applied for shipping.
・Please be aware that we cannot specify the date and time of delivery.
・If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the package will be stored by Sagawa Express, but will be returned to our store after the storage period has expired. In that case, we will cancel the order for any reason.
・This time we do not offer international shippings.

Exchange and Return Policy

・We do not have replacement items in stock, so we cannot exchange sizes or defective items.
We will issue a refund.

・Scratches, dents, etc. on the outer box are not eligible for returns.
